Nature is slated to cooperate tomorrow and provide a lovely spring day for us. Thanks to our loyal customers who braved the cool, damp weather to attend our opening day last Saturday. It was great to see everyone again.
What better way to start your weekend than a trip to the market for those essential ingredients for your outdoor activities? If you’re gardening, we have flower, veggie and herb plants, and Small State seeds: all locally nurtured without chemicals and perfectly suited for our climate. Biking or hiking? Pick up some trail mix or nuts at the Market Table. Clean up after all that exertion with some sweet, soothing goat milk soap. For all those meals you’re planning for the week, we have bread, fish, meat, spring veggies, honey, nut butters, jams, butter, eggs and cheeses.
Presto Strange O Coffee Truck won’t be at the market this week, so bring your own coffee to go with those pastries.
Pak Express will also be absent this week, but Blue Skys Farm will have Chang’s eggs and produce at their stand.
Silk Tree Farm returns this week with goat milk soaps, soy candles and goat cheese from Westfield Farm. They will be at the market on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month, alternating with Appetito Foods, who will come on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays with olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
See you at the market.
