ON THE RHODE(S) AGAIN; ALL YOU KNEAD; SUNNY SKIES IN CRANSTON
We are back to Rhodes-on-the Pawtuxet this week, after our Gaspee Day market at Hall Library. Thanks to all who followed us there, and to the new customers who discovered us. Many residents of our community who haven’t been to the market for a while don’t realize how much more we are able to offer these days, and it’s always great to acquaint them with the range of locally sourced fish, meat, eggs and baked goods they can find along with the farm-fresh produce.
Returning last week as well was Bolt Coffee and those addictive Knead Doughnuts. They will be with us every week for the rest of the season, so come on down and grab a half-dozen or so.
And after you come early to the market to snag your food, coffee and the doughnut of your choice, head over to the Solarize Cranston Tour:
Join your neighbors and Solarize Cranston for a guided tour of 2 Cranston homes with solar at 1499 Narragansett Blvd and 402 Auburn Street
• Tour of residential solar installations
• Learn about Solarize Cranston incentives including group purchasing discount for Cranston residents that sign up through the Solarize program by September 8th – the more people who sign up, the lower the price for everyone.
• Homeowners and tech experts at each site
For questions about this event, contact Karen Stewart: 401-215-3285.
Event is free and open to the public.
See you at the market.
