Return and Reuse

Berry Boxes

We collect pint and quart berry boxes at the market’s recycling table, attach a market sticker and return them to farmers to reuse. In four years, we have reused more than 15,000 boxes. Please wash boxes before returning. Please note: We cannot use other sizes.

Honey Jars and Egg Cartons

Farmers will reuse clean egg cartons. Beekeeper Bernie Bieder will reuse honey jars.

Plastic Plant Pots

In September, the Edgewood Garden Club collects plastic pots (especially 3 inch and 4 inch), six packs, and trays for farmers to reuse.

Popsicle Sticks

Farmers use popsicle sticks to mark trays of plant seedlings. Bring your collection to the recycling table.

Shopping Bags

Please bring bags for your groceries. Market bags are also available for sale.
